Returns, Refunds and Replacement 
To return your product, please return to:

Refunds, returns or replacement (if applicable) 

Should your item be defective, please return the item unused to the above address within 30 days. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Refunds will be given through your Credit Card via Paypal.

As a New Zealand business we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
